Sydni – Fast and focused. Same-day turns do not scare her. Laundry mountains? She has climbed higher. Simon tried to calculate her towel builds once and needed a snack halfway through.
Shelly – Deep clean energy. The grout fears her. Dust bunnies hear her coming and relocate. Simon respects this.
Lori – Steady and reliable. You want consistency? Lori delivers it. Simon calls her “The Stabilizer” and then writes that down like he invented the term.
Corri – Stock and towel builds. She understands max counts like it’s a personal mission. If the build says 3/3/2/1, that’s what it is. Not 7 “just in case.” Simon tried to sneak in an extra washcloth once. It was corrected.
Stuart – The fixer of things that aren’t technically cleaning but absolutely matter. Notices the loose hinge. Notices the weird bulb. Notices the detail others miss. Simon claims he also noticed it. He did not.
William – Laundry logistics and movement. The in-between work that keeps everything flowing. When laundry is stacking and timing is tight, william moves like it’s a sport. Simon calls this “Operational Excellence.” Simon also learned that phrase yesterday.
Melissa – Strong finisher. Walkthrough queen. The last set of eyes before a guest arrives. If something is off, she catches it. Simon walks behind her nodding like he’s conducting an inspection. She is conducting the inspection.
